Digital Marketing Team Growth in 2025

One of the biggest highlights of 2025 was our continued digital marketing team growth. This year, we expanded our team with new talent that brought creativity, technical expertise, and fresh perspectives.

• Tim D. joined us in February as our Web Designer/Developer, bringing fresh perspectives and a strong eye for digital design
• Chris B. came aboard in March as a Website Developer, strengthening our technical capabilities and supporting our clients with clean, reliable site builds
• Kathy W. joined our team in September as a Digital Marketing Strategist, adding depth to our strategy and content development team

Supporting the Meadville Business Community Through Events & Partnerships

Being active in the Meadville business community is one of our favorite parts of what we do. This year, we were proud to partner with local organizations and take part in events that bring our community together.

Crawford County Fair Edition of Business After Hours – August 18th

We teamed up with the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce and Barr’s Insurance to host a special fair-themed Business After Hours. It was a wonderful evening of networking, connecting with business leaders, and celebrating one of the area’s favorite summer traditions.

Wine, Brew, and Spirits Walk

We were thrilled to be a stop once again during this popular annual event. In collaboration with Country Hammer Moonshine, we welcomed attendees for tastings and featured Debra Yoder from Everlinked Permanent Jewelry, making it a fun and memorable experience.

Women in Business Expo

Marge, Natalie, and Kathy attended this inspiring event hosted by the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce. It was a powerful evening of connection, learning, and celebrating women making an impact across industries.

Trick-or-Treat Night with Bayshore Homes

We partnered with Bayshore Homes to pass out candy and join in the community Halloween festivities – what a fun time!

MBA’s Annual HR Conference

Mandy and Marge represented Blue Canopy at the Manufacturer & Business Association’s annual HR conference in Erie, PA. They learned about emerging HR trends, legal updates, and best practices shaping today’s workplaces.

Sales Training with Heidi Kerner

Several team members attended Heidi’s “Sales Training for Professionals” session – an energetic, insightful workshop packed with practical strategies for building better conversations and stronger relationships.

Supporting Local Businesses

This year we also continued our commitment to empowering local organizations:

• We offered a Business Analysis & Strategy Session as a prize in the Meadville Area Chamber of Commerce Member Services Auction, helping one business jump-start its 2026 marketing plan.

Team Building & Collaboration

We closed the year with a November team gathering focused on strategic planning, creative collaboration, and – of course – a little fun. We had productive sessions refining our processes and brainstorming for the year ahead and mixed in some axe throwing fun at Stumpy’s Hatchet House in Erie, PA.
